Every massage begins with a brief conversation about what your body needs that day. Together, you and your therapist will create a customized plan using any techniques or tools—like hot stones, cupping, or deeper work—at no extra charge. Your selection simply helps us understand your goals before you arrive.
If you’re seeking orthopedic care, please begin with an Orthopedic Assessment for your first visit,
followed by Follow-Up Treatments for ongoing care.
